The user guid for SiteBase contains detailed information on SiteBase and its modules, such as standard forms and reports, document management, configuration and administration.

SiteSymbol can be used as a stand-alone application, and therefore it has its own user guide. It is currently only available in Swedish.

Troubleshooting

Our knowledge base is updated regurlary with information and resolutions on common issues. If you encounter an issue or bug the resolution might be available there.

Issue Report

If you cannot find the solution for a problem, you should report it using our issue tracking system. We’ll try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Remember to choose the correct product the issue relates to, and try to be as informative as possible when describing the problem or error. It is also important that your e-mail address is registered correctly for your account, or else you will not get continous feedback on the issue.
